No outside food or drink of any kind is permitted into the Sim Room. No exceptions.
Bottled water will be available for purchase in the lobby and allowed into the Sim Room.
Gloves are required in Sim Room at all times.
Gloves protect your hands and our equipment.
No exceptions will be made.
You are welcome to bring your own driving gloves.
If you don’t bring gloves, no problem! Cotton gloves will be provided free of charge before your session beings.
Professional driving gloves will also be available for purchase in the lobby.
Racers under age 18 are required to have an adult present with them in the Sim Room at all times.
Our goal is to provide a clean, professional and quiet environment in the Sim Room, where racing enthusiasts can hone their skills on the track and compete in league races.
We want everyone to have fun in a professional, respectful way.
We ask each racer to treat our equipment as if it were their own to help ensure our high-end racing simulators will be at peak performance for everyone.
Treat others as you want to be treated! We know it’s obvious but want to say it anyway. Our goal is to provide a fun, safe environment for all racers.
Any racers deemed to be acting aggressively, insulting or bullying anyone could face a ban at the discretion of the owner/manager of Sim Racers Group.
Sim rental, league fees or any other form of payment will forfeited for the duration of the disciplinary ban.
